Privacy policy
Three fields, one purpose, nothing else.
Most privacy policies are long because the site collects a lot. This one is short because it does not. If you write to me, I need a name, an email address and a phone number so I can get back to you. That is the whole story, and everything below simply says it in the words the law asks for.

What is collected
When you send an enquiry through the form or write by email, three things are processed: your name, your email address and your mobile number, along with whatever you choose to write in the message itself. Nothing further is requested and nothing further is stored.
As with any website, the server records technical information about the visit — IP address, time, requested address, browser and operating system, and any errors. These records exist for the security and proper operation of the site and are not used to identify anyone.
Why, and on what legal basis
To answer you. Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, call you back and discuss the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
To carry out a project. If we agree to work together, the same details are used to run the project and issue invoices. The legal basis is performance of a contract, under the same article.
To meet legal obligations. Accounting and tax records are kept for the periods prescribed by law, under Article 6(1)(c).
Your details are never used for marketing, newsletters, profiling or automated decision-making, and they are never sold, rented or passed to anyone for commercial purposes.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within twelve months of our last exchange. Where a project goes ahead, the details are kept for as long as the working relationship lasts and afterwards for the retention periods required for accounting records. Server logs are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Who else sees it
Within the company, only I do. Outside it, your details are held by the hosting provider on whose servers this site runs — Cyber Folks, Croatia — and by the email provider through which correspondence passes, the same firm. If a project is agreed, the accounting service Marina, accounting services business processes invoicing data. Each of them acts under a data processing agreement in line with Article 28 of the GDPR.
Your personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data and a copy of it, for correction of anything inaccurate, for deletion when it is no longer needed, for restriction of processing, for your data in a portable machine-readable form, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Write to info@og-web.com or to the address above. You will have an answer without delay and at the latest within one month. Exercising these rights costs nothing. To protect your data, I may ask for additional information confirming your identity before acting on a request.
Security
The site runs entirely over an encrypted connection, server software is kept current, access to enquiries is limited to me, and the site is configured to prevent unauthorised code from running. No transfer over the internet is entirely without risk, but where a breach could pose a high risk to your rights, you will be informed without undue delay, as Article 34 of the GDPR requires.

Is it obligatory
No law requires you to give these details. But without a name and a way to reach you, an enquiry cannot be answered. If you would rather not leave them, you are welcome to call instead.
Complaints
If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, telephone 01 4609 000, email azop@azop.hr. Before that, feel free to write to me directly — most things can be sorted out in an email.

This policy may be updated, for instance if the law or the way the site works changes. The date of the last revision is shown below. Where a change materially affects your rights, it will be pointed out.

Questions that come up
Before you ask
There is no price list, because there is no standard website. Cost follows scope: how many pages and languages, whether there is a shop, a booking engine or an application behind it, and how much of it you want to manage yourself. Tell me what the site has to do and you get a fixed quote, not an hourly estimate that grows along the way.
A business site with a custom CMS usually takes two to three weeks from the first conversation to launch. A webshop or booking system takes a bit longer, an application longer still. The largest variable is rarely the code — it is how quickly the content, photographs and texts arrive.
Yes, and that is the point. Every site comes with an admin panel built for that specific site, so you change text, images, prices and pages without calling anyone. There is no training course and no manual, because if it needs one, it was designed badly.
Yes. Projects run in English, German or Croatian, and most of the sites built here are multilingual anyway. Everything happens remotely, which changes nothing about the work — the only difference is the time zone of the calls.
The site keeps working, and you are not left alone with it. There are no licence renewals and no plugin subscriptions to keep paying, so ongoing cost is usually just hosting and a domain. When something needs changing or extending later, you come back to the person who wrote it.
Clean semantics, structured data and fast pages come as standard, because they are decided while the site is being built. Deeper optimisation — content strategy, GEO, ongoing work on visibility — is a separate service, ordered on its own or agreed as part of the project. How far it goes depends on how much it matters to you.
